Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Labru pieces. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, items must be tried on over your own underwear
How it works
- Email labrufit0@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange is processed within 5 business days
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect items — in that case, we cover everything.
